How do I order cookies from Em's Cafe?
Call Em's Cafe at (513) 563-9996 to place your order. Online ordering, where you choose your pickup date and time at checkout, is coming soon. Ordering more than 3 dozen? Just tell us when you call.
When will my Em's Cafe order be ready?
Order from Em's Cafe by 4 PM and your cookies will be ready beginning at 10 AM the next business day, Monday through Friday. Need cookies Monday? Get your order in by 4 PM Friday.
Where do I pick up my Em's Cafe order?
Pick up your Em's Cafe order at the side entrance of Raffel's Catering, 10160 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Ring the bell and your order will be waiting. Pickup hours are Mon–Fri · 10 AM–3 PM.
How many cookies are in a Baker's Dozen?
An Em's Cafe Baker's Dozen is 13 cookies for $20. You can order 1, 2 or 3 Baker's Dozens at a time, and larger orders by phone.
Can I order more than 3 dozen cookies?
Yes. For more than 3 Baker's Dozens, call Em's Cafe at (513) 563-9996 and we'll plan it with you. For full event catering, our family at Raffel's Catering has you covered.
Are Em's Cafe's gluten friendly cookies gluten-free?
Em's Cafe's gluten friendly cookies are not certified free of gluten. Made with gluten friendly ingredients and extra care. Our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten free facility, so cross contact may occur. If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, please call us before ordering.
What cookie flavors does Em's Cafe make?
Em's Cafe bakes Chocolate Chip, Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip, Lemon Zest, Apple Pie, S'mores, and Gluten Friendly S'mores. Every flavor is $20 per Baker's Dozen.
Does Em's Cafe deliver or ship cookies?
Not right now. Em's Cafe is pickup only, Mon–Fri · 10 AM–3 PM, at the side entrance of Raffel's Catering in Cincinnati. For big corporate or event orders, call (513) 563-9996 to talk options.

Does Em's Cafe serve lunch?
Starting January 2027, Em's Cafe adds fresh weekday lunch: sandwiches, wraps, salads, sides and desserts. Until then, we're all about the cookies.
Who is the Cookie Lady behind Em's Cafe?
Emily Raffel is the Cookie Lady behind Em's Cafe. For more than 50 years she baked her cookies for family, friends and special customers of Raffel's Catering. Her daughters, Nicki and Maggie, started Em's Cafe to carry on her legacy. Maggie bakes every cookie on the menu and is rediscovering her mom's recipes along the way.
